Overview

The Pioneer XDJ-RX2 is an upgrade of the popular XDJ-RX, combined with features and traits from the flagship NXS2 series. The 2-deck, 2-channel all-in-one system delivers a professional DJ experience whether you connect it to rekordbox dj via your laptop or music stored on a USB device.

The XDJ-RX2 boasts a large, 7-inch touch screen with QWERTY search, plus features inherited from the CDJ-2000NXS2 and DJM-9000NXS2, including rotary selector, track filter, short cuts, Sound Colour FX and Beat FX. The 8 large, multi-coloured Performance Pads give you smooth control over Hot Cues, Beat Loop, Slip Loop and Beat Jump. Take your performance to the next level as you enjoy the ease and portability offered by an all-in-one solution.

7 Inch LED Screen and Browsing

The Pioneer DJ XDJ-RX2 All-In-One DJ Controller comes fitted with a 7 inch LCD touch screen, allowing you to easily stay in control of your performance at all times. Your waveforms from both decks are displayed simultaneously with detailed track information such as sync status and playback position, providing you with visual reference during your mixes. The touch screen capability means you can easily select and search for tracks with a QWERTY keyboard search available on the LCD screen. The improved browsing features give you the ability to easily filter tracks to find the track you want quicker. The large rotary selector and needle search are still available from the CDJ2000NXS, enabling easy track selection. Wave Zoom is also available allowing you get a closer look at your playback position.

NXS2 Mixer

Performing smooth and precise mixes is no problem with the XDJ-RX2, as the EQs and channel faders feature curves equivalent to those on the previous DJM-900NXS2 mixer. As usual the Sound Colour FX and Beat FX are available which have been inherited from the NXS2 mixer, as well providing you with a vast range of options to get creative with your mixes.

8 Performance Pads

The Pioneer DJ XDJ-RX2 features 8 multi-coloured performance pads on each deck giving you the ability to control hot cues, beat loops, slip loops and beat jump to get even more creative and achieve a unique performance. Up to eight hot cues can be set up on each deck so you can get extra creative with mashups.

USB Connection For Recordbox

Prepare your tracks by analysing BPM and setting up your own hot cues, loops and playlists through the rekordbox music management software. A convenient feature of the XDJ-RX2 is the USB connection/link export mode which allows you to connect the DJ controller straight to your PC/Mac and play prepared tracks without needing to export to USB. This is a handy feature if you just wish to perform a mix without having to wait for your tracks to be exported.

Recording A Mix

The XDJ-RX2 features dual USB ports allowing you to play tracks from your rekordbox USB device as usual with the added ability to record your mix to another USB. Just press the MASTER REC button next to the USB port to record a mix.

Comfortable pro-style design

The HDJ-CUE1 DJ headphones are part of the Pioneer DDJ-FLX6 Package & have been designed to look and feel at home alongside our professional range. They’re lightweight and they fold up neatly so you can easily fit them into your bag. And however you like to wear your DJ headphones, you’ll find a comfortable fit. The swivel mechanism enables you to turn the ear cups a full 90 degrees, so you can easily listen with one ear while the other cup rests on the side or back of your head, or while your headphones are draped around your neck. The short, coiled cable is lightweight and keeps things tidy, but it stretches so you can move freely when playing music.

If you choose the HDJ-CUE1, your headphones will come in a dark silver finish for a high-quality look. To match your individual style, the Bluetooth version comes in three different colors with a matte finish: black, white, or red.

Each moving part has passed the strict in-house durability tests that we put all our headphones through. Extra-strong metal sliders in the comfy headband bring reliability and extend the life of your DJ headphones, and the cable’s bayonet connector prevents accidental disconnections, while the L-type mini-jack at the other end means you won’t knock it out of place when you’re using DJ gear. You can also remove the cable from the DJ headphones when you’re not using them, preventing stress on the contacts.

Customizable look

Whichever model you choose, you’ll be able to personalize your look by switching the cable and ear pads on your DJ headphones for one of five bright colors with an HC-CP08 accessory pack (available separately).
