You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in its original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.


Warranty Repairs

Before contacting us for a returns number, please check the following items on your product to ensure it is not a simple fix:

  • Fuses: Check if any fuses have blown and replace them if necessary.
  • Cables: Make sure all cables are securely connected.
  • Lamps: If your product uses lamps, check if they are working properly and replace them if necessary.
  • Connectors: Make sure all connectors are clean and free of debris.
  • Blocked filters and nozzles: Clean any blocked filters or nozzles.
  • Menu and dipswitch settings: Make sure the menu and dipswitch settings are correct.

Original packaging is preferred for returns. If unavailable, use suitable protective packaging, not just bubble wrap. Overpacking is not recommended. We are not responsible for damage due to insufficient packaging. Transit damage repair parts are not covered under warranty. A repackaging fee may be applied if necessary.

Utmost care must be exercised when returning units containing fluids. ALL fluids must be drained completely before shipping. Failure to remove fluids will result in product damage, rendering repair, replacement, or credit impossible. A Carriage Charge may be imposed for the return of non-compliant items. Furthermore, a Collection Charge will be levied for items collected by us that are found to contain fluids.

All items returned for credit or refund must include all originally included components, such as remote controls, cables, instructions, manuals, leads, brackets, and knobs, especially those essential for product functionality. Failure to return all components will result in withheld credit, and the incomplete item will be returned to you at your expense.

Please note that certain items are not covered under our supplier’s warranty, including blown lamps, fuses, triacs, blocked fogger nozzles, and incorrectly adjusted user-controlled settings such as dipswitches, menu settings, and amplifier parallel/bridge switches. If a returned item only requires a replacement lamp, fuse, triac, nozzle unblocking, or adjustment to user-adjusted controls to function properly, a repair charge will be applicable. Our fog and haze machines are designed to operate exclusively with high-quality, water-based fluids recommended by the manufacturer. The use of any other fluids may cause clogging and invalidate the warranty. In the event that a returned item is found to be faultless, a “no fault found” charge will be imposed, and you may be responsible for the return shipping costs.

To ensure a prompt and accurate diagnosis, please provide a detailed description of the fault when returning an item. Simply stating “faulty,” “dead,” or “not working” is insufficient. Clearly label the outer carton with the assigned returns number. Any parcels arriving without a visible returns number will be refused.

Our warranty period extends for 12 or 24 months, depending on the product, commencing from the date of receipt from techformusic. Should a product malfunction within the initial 28 days, you may be eligible for an advance replacement, provided you can return the faulty unit to our store. If the item was shipped to you, we will require the faulty unit back for assessment before dispatching a replacement. In the absence of replacement stock, your warranty item will undergo Priority Repair and Return, with a target turnaround time of 48 hours from receipt. For items that fail after 28 days from delivery, but within the applicable warranty period, your product will be repaired and returned to you. If techformusic decides to replace the product instead of repairing it, the warranty period remains intact from the original purchase date. You are responsible for the transportation costs to techformusic, while we will cover the return shipping costs.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.



You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We will not be responsible for any damage or loss caused by the return courier.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Re-Stocking Fee

Once returns are received back they will be inspected and any defects in the packaging or products themselves will incur a 20% of the invoice value re-stocking fee.
