Without doubt, the most first class customer service I have ever received. Ryan and Murray spent over an hour and a half with me, (and my severe lack of technical knowledge) trying to resolve an issue i had with a speaker and headset that i had purchased ( elsewhere) There was no hard sell, just pure helpfulness, and after a long time of trying, literally every trick in the book and more, i purchased a new speaker from these guys,(at my suggestion, not theirs) and had a very successful first class – which would have been cancelled if it wasn’t for their support.
