Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
Next working day delivery is available for UK addresses only.
Deliveries are made by the courier (typically DHL, DPD or Yodel via our courier partner Diamond Logistics) Monday to Friday. A signature or photo for proof of delivery may be required.
All orders are processed and dispatched the same day if ordered by 2pm and the item(s) are in stock. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday will be dispatched on the same day and delivered the next working day.
Orders placed on a Thursday (after 2pm) or Friday (before 2pm) will be dispatched on Friday and delivered Monday (excluding Public Holidays).
Orders placed on a Friday (after 2pm), Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday and delivered Tuesday (excluding Public Holidays).
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
We cannot always guarantee delivery within our normal timescales to rural areas or if we are experiencing severe weather conditions.
Shipments to Northern Ireland and Scotland are on a 48 hour delivery service. (extra charges may apply)
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Additional shipping charges may apply to larger/heavy products such as staging & truss, heavy speakers or items that require palleting. Please also note, pallets may take longer to be delivered, please allow 3-5 working days.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. boxes
techformusic does not deliver to PO Boxes.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the United Kingdom.
