Outstanding Customer Service
Absolutely outstanding customer service. Went & physically checked that the headphones I was buying fitted the case, as they weren’t listed as being compatible. I didn’t ask them to, they just said they would check & call me back. I think his name was Ryan, what a credit to the company.
Ibiza Magic Colour Light Sticks
Brought a set of 4 Ibiza Colour sticks. Great product that works well with the app. Had an issue with one of the tubes switching itself off. I contacted Ian who responded and sorted out a replacement light. Thank you so much for your excellent customer service. Would recommend using ‘techformusic’ as a supplier. Thanks again!
