Outstanding service and so helpful

I purchased a set of DDJ-800’s and DM-40 speakers. The customer service was outstanding, the response time to any of my emails with questions were answered in 30 minutes or less and the overall experience was 10/10! I had a small issue with a cable, which was due to pioneers own fault but Ian at Techformusic solved it almost instantly and I couldn’t be more thankful!

I asked about an ‘in demand’ product and was given an answer very quickly which also turned out to be an honest answer. Brilliant communication throughout the order, I knew exactly what was happening and when. I even some correspondence out of hours. Brilliant stuff 👌🏻

Great Service & Product

The Pioneer bag I ordered was out of stock but I was offered an alternative and you guys checked it was suitable for my decks by trying it out before sending it. Really pleased with the bag too…got toon for some cables at the ends too! Brilliant stuff! 😃

Outstanding Customer Service

Absolutely outstanding customer service. Went & physically checked that the headphones I was buying fitted the case, as they weren’t listed as being compatible. I didn’t ask them to, they just said they would check & call me back. I think his name was Ryan, what a credit to the company.
